Reducer and motor are driven by the flexible belt and the starting is smooth, reducing the impact force and prolonging the service life of the equipment. The bottom of the granulating disk is strengthened by the multiple radiation steel plate to make it sturdy and durable and non-deformation. Thicker, heavier,more sturdy base design does not need the anchor bolts to make it fixed and the operation is smooth. The main gear of the disk granulator uses the high-frequency quenching, extending the service life. The surface of the grain making machine is lined with high-strength glass and it is anti-corrosion and durable. The device has the advantages of uniform particle, high granulating rate, smooth running, long service life and other advantages.
