It is widely applied to crush the rocks with high hardness and medium hardness such as slag, construction materials and marble in mining, metallurgy, construction, road and railway building, conversancy and chemistry. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa and it is suitable for primary crushing.

Aggregate jaw crusher is a primary crusher that is used for the processing of hard feedstocks such as rock and concrete. It makes it possible to realize the crushing of the rock with the help of a pair of vertical jaws that are lined with replaceable manganese steel plates. One jaw is fixed and the other moves back and forth.
Stone jaw crusher is widely applied in many industries such as mining, metallurgy, construction, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemicals production. Stone jaw crusher is suitable for the primary crushing of material from quarries to reduce its original irregular size to uniform size.

The strip and strip pulley are driven by a motor, and the moving jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and moving jaw becomes smaller when the moving jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It will become bigger when the moving jaw runs up. The moving jaw board leaves the fixed jaw board under the action of pole and spring, and then the end products come out from the crushing cavity. And also, jaw crusher is always used as the primary jaw crusher.
