Introduction to Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder

Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding machine with the features of smooth vibration, reliable operation and long service life. It is widely used in mining, building, silicate product and chemistry for crushing and screening.

Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is comprised of trough body, vibration exciter, spring bearing and gearing device, etc. The vibration source of the feed grizzly is vibration exciter, which consists of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and gear pair. Driven by the motor through V-belt, the driving shaft rotates and the gear engagement between the driving shaft and driven shaft makes them reversely rotate simultaneously, which leads that the trough body vibrates and the materials flow continuously and then achieve the purpose of transporting materials.

Characteristics of Grizzly Feeder

 1. The electrical control of electromagnetic vibrating feeder uses half-wave rectifying circuit, can adjust the quantification and can be used in the production process of automatic control to achieve process automation.

Working Principle of Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder

In the positive half cycle of the AC, pulsating current flow through the coil and generate a pulsed electromagnetic suction between iron core and armature to make the cell body move backward. The main spring of vibration exciter distorted and stored potential energy. In the negative half-cycle, no current through the coil and the electromagnetic force disappear. The armature is separated from the electromagnet under the spring force to make the trough move forward, thus the trough can move in current rate and continuously vibrate in reciprocation.
