The classification and characteristics of Raymond mill

Raymond mill is the grinding equipment which is widely used in mining, cement plants and chemical plants. It is also one of the most important deep processing equipment for nonmetallic mineral. Since its introduction to China in the 1990s, Raymond mill has been universal non-metallic minerals processing equipment for its stable performance, strong adaptability and high performance ratio.

 Raymond mill is widely used in ultrafine powder processing of barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, betonies, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, heat insulator and other non-flammable and non-explosive materials. According to the feeding materials fineness, the milling equipments can be divided to Raymond mill, high pressure roller mill, high pressure and micro powder mill, straight centrifugal mill, super pressure trapezium mill and three-ring medium speed mill. 

Structure characteristics:

1. Driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, drives smoothly and operates reliably.

2. The whole plant is a vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area. From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system.

3. The electric control system is centralized controlled, so the automaticity is high, no people are needed in the operating room.

4. Main parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality. The technics is so subtly that insures the durability of whole plant.

5. Compared with other milling plants, its passing ratio achieves 99%, this is what other mill can not reach.
