Vibrating screen is a vibrating equipment specially for dealing with hard screening materials, which is widely used in mining, coal, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, light industry, chemical industry, medicine, food and other industries. When buying vibrating screen, the customers will choose different configuration according to the actual situation. Then, I will introduce you circular vibrating screen in brief.

Because the trajectory is similar to a round, it referred as Vibrating screen. It is a new type of efficient screen with a number of layers. Circular vibrating screen uses cylinder eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude. It has many screening specifications with reliable structure, excitation power, high efficiency, low noise and durable, maintenance convenient and use safety.

Circular vibrating screen can be used for a variety of screening operations, and makes screen surface materials continue to flip and loose. It has the following characteristics: first, fine grade materials have the opportunity to move to the lower material layer through the sieve vent; Besides, the material blocked in the mesh can jump out to prevent the sieve clogging; Finally, it has high screening efficiency;

Vibrating screen installation: 

1, Before installation, circular vibrating screen shall be checked if the parts are complete or damage in accordance with the packing list. From them, the vibrator is valid for 6 months from the date of the factory. Otherwise, you shall re-take apart and wash and re- assemble, and change into clean lubricating oil. 

2, The equipment installation should be in accordance with the installation diagram. The supported chassis must be mounted horizontally on the base, which should have sufficient stiffness and strength to support all the dynamic load and static load of vibration sieve. 

3, There are four lugs at four corners of the screen box and lifting holes at corners of bearing chassis. The lifting in accordance with the instruction map and should not directly linked to vibrator to lift the entire sieve.

4, Be sure the minimum gap between non-moving parts be maintained 75mm such as the gap between screen box and hopper, chute (chute). 

5, Ensure a 10mm gap between the spring seat and friction damping plate in screen box. 

6, The damping spring is free height matching. Try to keep equal free height on left side and right side of the spring on the front-end or back-end respectively, the error does not exceed 5mm. After the installation of the screen box, the screen surface keep in the same level, otherwise, pad pieces of thin iron plates between the spring seat and bearing.
