Each device has its own taboos in the course of use, if we are not in accordance with the correct methods of operation, it will bring us unnecessary trouble, and sometimes it will be a threat to our lives, so no matter what kind of equipment is used, we must first understand its basic operation method. Sand making equipment is also true, now we will introduce the four taboos of the sand maker during the using process.

1. Prohibit operations before you look at the instructions. After you purchased the sand maker, you should read illustrative material related to the sand making machine to be familiar with the sand maker’s use and maintenance conditions, you cannot be allowed to operate the machine it you are not skilled in order to avoid unnecessary accidents. For experienced users, it is necessary to read the manual. Because the modern technology updates faster, not every manufacturer's equipment is the same.

2. Prohibit use the substandard power. Pay attention to the electrode quality, moving the electrode as little as possible or not moving the electrode, and taking various measures to prevent electrode softly off. If it happened, you should deal with immediately.

3. Prohibit something operated in the machine. You should first check whether the ore or block is in it before operating the sand maker. Sand maker cannot be started with the load, or it will cause the electrical trip or machine parts damage, so you should check before the boot, if there is the ore or block, you must clear and start.

4. Prohibit not turn off the power before the power outage. When you use it, you should ensure the sufficient power supply, if it is subject to sudden power outages, you should remember cutting off the sand maker power. After finishing the work, you should tidy it cleanly, turn off the power before leaving, and develop good work habits. This is a responsible attitude.
