The Mechanical Superiority of Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen

Author: HXJQTime: 1/4/2013 8:11:56 PM

The ultrasonic vibrating screen converts the electrical energy of 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz to 18KHz high frequency power and inputs the ultrasonic transducer to turn it into 18KHz mechanical vibration, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient screening and clear sieve so that the screening of the ultra-fine powder becomes easy. The system has introduced the low-amplitude and high-frequency ultrasonic vibration waves (mechanical waves) on the screen on the basis of the traditional vibrating sieve to improve the sieving properties of the ultrafine particles. It is particularly suitable for the processing of materials with high value-added.

The additional ultrasonic vibration waves  (mechanical waves) on the screen makes the ultra-fine powder accept a huge acceleration of ultrasound, thus inhibiting adhesion, friction, flat down, wedging and other actors that will cause the blockage of the sieve to improve the efficiency of the screening.

In addition, it can improve the flat-down in the gravity settling of the low density powder (the powder has slight contact with the net mouth) and the slip effect, improve the retention or wedging of the high density metal in the network port and improve the adhesion effect of electrostatic powder, thereby increasing the screening efficiency and quality of screening. If it is should through the rate, under normal circumstances, the rate of the vibrating screen can be increased by 50% -400% when compared with the screen without ultrasonic vibration waves.

1. To reduce or do not need the time to clear the sieve;

2. It does not produce the powder pollution;

3. It can maintain the mesh size and stable the screening precision;

4. It can decompose adhesion substances to reduce oversize material;

5. To reduce the screening times.
